The 70th Anniversary 1954 Stratocaster commemorates the events of the legendary guitar icon’s birth 70 years ago.
Finished in nitrocellulose lacquer, the two-piece ash body is full of vintage charm. The one-piece maple neck with vintage frets and 7.25″ radius fingerboard offers the smooth playability that players have come to love for decades. 70th Anniversary 1954 Single-Coil Strat pickups are the signature of the Stratocaster. The Stratocaster’s unique shimmering clean tones and glossy driving sound. Other details include a synchronized tremolo with cold rolled steel block and bent steel saddle, a Fender Deluxe tuning machine, and a 1-ply pickguard with period-accurate pickup covers, switch tips, and control knobs. There is a paint crack on the 6th string side of the neck joint.
There are some other minor scratches, but it is in clean condition.
The truss rod is currently loose, but the neck is straight and in playing condition.
