Neck Details: Mahogany neck with unbound Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and dot inlays. There is a repaired crack on the treble side of the back of the headstock under the high E string tuning machine. The tuners have been replaced. The tuner post holes have been modified to fit the existing tuners. Extra pilot holes are present on the back of the headstock from previously installed tuners.
Electronics: Original Melody Maker pickup and electronics. The controls consist of volume and tone. One visible pot code dates to 1962. The solder joints are untouched.
